Acro

Acrobatic Dance, or Acro as it is commonly known, is the beautiful fusion of classic dance technique and the precision and athleticism of acrobatic elements. Much like the rest of our classes, Acro teaches flexibility, balance, strength, muscle control, discipline & concentration. This class will focus on fundamental acrobatic technique, something that is much more apparent in dance at present.

5-6 years
7-8 years
9-11 years
12-13 years
14+ years
